Technology consulting
Senior engineers review your architecture, code and infrastructure, advise on stack choices and build-versus-buy, and leave you with a technical roadmap your team can act on.
Technology decisions made in a hurry get expensive later: a stack that does not fit, a system that cannot scale, a tool bought when it should have been built, or built when it should have been bought. Sometimes you simply need a second opinion before a large commitment. Our senior engineers look at your systems from outside. We audit the code and infrastructure, weigh the options against your business goals and write a roadmap with the reasoning behind each step. The advice stands on its own, and if you want us to carry it out, we can.
Ask for a technical reviewWhat you get
A code and infrastructure audit
A written review of quality, security, performance and running costs, with each finding ranked by its risk.
Stack recommendations
Languages, frameworks and services suited to your product and your team, with the trade-offs spelled out.
Build-versus-buy decisions
A reasoned call on which parts to build, which to buy and which to leave as they are.
An architecture review
Where the current design will strain as load and features grow, and how to change it.
A technical roadmap
The steps from where your systems are to where they need to be, in order, with the reasoning for each.
How it works
- 01
Set the questions
We agree what you need answered and which systems, code and documents we need access to.
- 02
Review the systems
Senior engineers read the code, examine the infrastructure and talk to your team.
- 03
Weigh the options
We compare the realistic choices against your goals, your budget and your team.
- 04

What is custom software development?
It is building software around one business and its customers, rather than bending an off-the-shelf product to fit. The work runs from deciding what to build, through design, engineering and testing, to release and the upkeep after it. The result does what your business needs, in the way it works.
What are the common ways to hire developers?
There are three main ones. An in-house team gives the most control, but it takes months to hire and costs the most to keep. Freelancers start quickly, but someone has to lead them and join up their work. A studio brings a complete team of analysts, designers and engineers who already work together, and it grows or shrinks with the project.
How can I start a digital business?
Start with the problem, not the software. Talk to the people you want to serve and check that they would pay for a solution. Test the idea as cheaply as you can: sometimes a landing page with a waiting list is enough. Then build the smallest product that proves the idea, release it, and let what real users do decide what comes next.
What is digital transformation for enterprises?
It is changing how a company works so that software carries more of the load: connected systems in place of manual steps and scattered spreadsheets, old software moved to a modern platform, and decisions made from data. It works best in steps, starting where the gain is largest, with each step released and measured before the next.
