Pitch deck support

We help founders build a pitch deck with substance behind it: the product story, the technical plan, the roadmap and what the money buys, so investors see a buildable product.

Investors see many decks that promise a product nobody has worked out how to build. The questions come fast: how does it work, what does the first release include, what will the round pay for. We are engineers, so we help with the part behind the slides. Together we work through the product and the technical plan, turn them into a clear story and a roadmap tied to the money you are raising, and prepare you for the technical questions in the room. The look of the slides matters, but the substance comes first.

Prepare your pitch deck

What you get

  • A product story that holds

The problem, the user and the product explained in an order an investor can follow, without claims the build cannot back.

  • A credible technical plan

How the product works and what it is built on, at the level of detail a fund’s technical adviser will look for.

  • A roadmap tied to the round

Milestones for the money you are raising, so every line on spending points to something that ships.

  • Answers ready for due diligence

Notes on the hard technical questions likely to come up, with the answers worked out before the meeting.

  • Claims that survive a follow-up

Every figure and promise in the deck checked against the plan, so nothing falls apart on the second call.

How it works

  1. 01

    Read what you have

We go through your current deck, notes or idea and find where the product or technical story is thin.

  2. 02

    Work out the substance

With you we settle the product scope, the technical approach and the roadmap the deck will rest on.

  3. 03

    Build the deck

We shape the story slide by slide and write the product and technical sections with you.

  4. 04

    Rehearse the questions

We run through the technical questions investors tend to ask, so you can answer them clearly.

Answers to what we are asked most before a project starts.

What is custom software development?

It is building software around one business and its customers, rather than bending an off-the-shelf product to fit. The work runs from deciding what to build, through design, engineering and testing, to release and the upkeep after it. The result does what your business needs, in the way it works.

What are the common ways to hire developers?

There are three main ones. An in-house team gives the most control, but it takes months to hire and costs the most to keep. Freelancers start quickly, but someone has to lead them and join up their work. A studio brings a complete team of analysts, designers and engineers who already work together, and it grows or shrinks with the project.

How can I start a digital business?

Start with the problem, not the software. Talk to the people you want to serve and check that they would pay for a solution. Test the idea as cheaply as you can: sometimes a landing page with a waiting list is enough. Then build the smallest product that proves the idea, release it, and let what real users do decide what comes next.

What is digital transformation for enterprises?

It is changing how a company works so that software carries more of the load: connected systems in place of manual steps and scattered spreadsheets, old software moved to a modern platform, and decisions made from data. It works best in steps, starting where the gain is largest, with each step released and measured before the next.
