Custom applications

Internal tools, portals and workflows built around how your business actually operates, and connected to the systems you already run: ERP, CRM, 1C and payments.

Off-the-shelf software fits the average business. Yours has its own approvals, its own customers and its own way of moving work between people, so the gaps get filled with email, spreadsheets and copy-paste. We build applications around the way you actually operate: an internal tool for the team, a portal for customers or partners, a workflow that routes each task to the right person. Each one connects to what you already run, such as your ERP, CRM, 1C or payment provider, so data is entered once and reaches wherever it is needed.

Describe your workflow

What you get

  • A tool that matches your process

Screens and rules shaped around how your people work, not a generic product bent to fit.

  • Integrations with what you run

Two-way connections to your ERP, CRM, 1C or payment provider, so records stay in step.

  • Portals for customers and partners

Secure access for people outside the company to the orders, documents or requests that concern them.

  • Roles and permissions

Each person sees and changes only what their job requires, with a record of who did what.

  • An end to double entry

Data typed once and passed on automatically, instead of copied between systems by hand.

How it works

  1. 01

    Walk through the work

We sit with the people who do the job and map how work, data and approvals move today.

  2. 02

    Design the application

We design the screens, rules and integrations, and check them with the people who will use them.

  3. 03

    Build and integrate

We build the application in stages and connect it to your existing systems as each stage lands.

  4. 04

    Roll out to the team

We release to one group first, train them, fix what they find and then widen access.

    Professional training · Customs

A training centre’s site, courses and tests under one admin panel

Let the centre’s staff run every section of their site without a developer, move its surveys and tests to a new engine without losing past results, and keep the site in step with the association’s in two languages.

In development: managed sections, a new testing engine, two languages.

A mobile shopping app on a live Shopify store

Give an established Shopify store iOS and Android apps in three languages without replacing the store: one catalogue, one stock count, one set of orders.

In development: iOS and Android app, backend and admin panel.

Answers to what we are asked most before a project starts.

What is custom software development?

It is building software around one business and its customers, rather than bending an off-the-shelf product to fit. The work runs from deciding what to build, through design, engineering and testing, to release and the upkeep after it. The result does what your business needs, in the way it works.

What are the common ways to hire developers?

There are three main ones. An in-house team gives the most control, but it takes months to hire and costs the most to keep. Freelancers start quickly, but someone has to lead them and join up their work. A studio brings a complete team of analysts, designers and engineers who already work together, and it grows or shrinks with the project.

How can I start a digital business?

Start with the problem, not the software. Talk to the people you want to serve and check that they would pay for a solution. Test the idea as cheaply as you can: sometimes a landing page with a waiting list is enough. Then build the smallest product that proves the idea, release it, and let what real users do decide what comes next.

What is digital transformation for enterprises?

It is changing how a company works so that software carries more of the load: connected systems in place of manual steps and scattered spreadsheets, old software moved to a modern platform, and decisions made from data. It works best in steps, starting where the gain is largest, with each step released and measured before the next.
