# Startup consulting

> Advice for founders before and during the build. We help turn the idea into a product plan with a clear scope, ranked priorities and an honest view of what it takes.

You have an idea and the drive to build it, but no clear picture yet of what the first version should contain, what can wait, or what the build will ask of you. Choices made in these early weeks decide a lot later. We sit with you as senior engineers and product people, question the idea, separate the must-haves from the nice-to-haves and put the plan on paper. You leave with decisions made, not a pile of options. This is advice, not code: if you later want us to build it, the plan is ready to use.

## What you get

- **A written product plan**: What the product does, for whom, and why that version comes first, on a few pages you can share with a co-founder or an adviser.
- **A scope with clear edges**: What is in the first version and what is deliberately left out, so the build has a line to hold.
- **Priorities in order**: Features ranked by what they teach you about the market and what they cost to build, not by who asked loudest.
- **What the build takes**: A plain view of the team, skills and time the first version calls for, so you can plan hiring and funding around it.
- **Risks named early**: The technical and product risks that could stall you, each with a way to test or reduce it before money goes in.

## How it works

1. **A first conversation**: You tell us the idea, the market and where you stand. We ask the questions an investor or a first customer would.
2. **Working sessions**: Over a few sessions we shape the product with you, cut the scope and rank what comes first.
3. **The plan on paper**: We write up the plan, the scope and the risks in plain language and walk you through it.
4. **Your next move**: You take the plan to your own team, to investors, or back to us for discovery or a build.
